What you’ll do: Prep and execute private dining menus, support live plating, maintain kitchen standards, assist with load-in/out.
Requirements:

Basic knife skills and confident protein cookery (required)

Will train in private catering standards and plating
Servers
What you’ll do: White-glove table service, coursed dining, beverage service, setup/breakdown, guest care.
Requirements:

1–2 years in restaurant or catering service

Strong communication and polished hospitality

Must be 21+ to serve alcohol
Bartenders
What you’ll do: Craft classic cocktails, manage bar setup, wine/beer service, inventory, breakdown.
Requirements:

1–2 years bartending experience

Working knowledge of wine, beer, and classic cocktails

Certifications
To ensure the highest standards of safety and professionalism, all staff are required to hold a valid California Food Handler Certificate. If you don’t have one yet, don’t worry — it’s easy to obtain and must be completed before your first event.
