The Culinary Journey

Born and trained in Sussex, England, Chef John launched his culinary career in London’s top-tier kitchens. He went on to hone his craft in world-renowned establishments like Le Gavroche, The Waterside Inn, Moulins de Mougins and the classic Connaught Hotel in London.

His passion for exploration has taken him across the UK, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the United States, preparing bespoke meals for private clients aboard yachts, in countryside estates, and at destination events.

 

Today, he brings that same experience to homes and venues across Southern California.
