What a great find! Chef John recently catered our 80-person wedding - providing appetizers, main courses (buffet style w/ a carving station), and our dessert (a cake / croquembouche combo). Chef John is a seasoned pro and made choosing our menu a breeze. Everything was absolutely delicious, and our guests gave us tons of compliments on the overall experience. Our dessert was the ultimate show stopper - a combination of a traditional American wedding cake and a French pièce montée (croquembouche). We're so fortunate to have found Chef John and had the opportunity to work with him to make this day special. The price was also outstanding given what a traditional catering company would charge, whereas our food was far more elevated and tasted anything like a wedding buffet.
